   • House: 50 sq. m., consists of foyer, bedroom and kitchen 
   o Foyer: WC and shower, electric water-heater
   o Bedroom: two beds, wardrobe, table with chairs; linen provided;
      hair dryer; towels not provided
   o Kitchen: equipped with electric cooker, coffee-machine, refrigerator,
      toaster, electric jug, all kind of kitchen utensils, 
   o  Air-Conditioning

   • Atelier: 
   o In the yard, opposite the House
   o 30 sq. m., equipped with a frame loom, easel, and writing table 
   o Wash-basin, washing machine
   o The ground is covered with cobble-stone
   o TV-Tape-Radio and CD-player
   o Rest area
   o Fans

   • The yard: 
   o 650 sq. m.
   o There are flowers, grass, fruit trees, trellis-vine, herbs and seasonings
     o Wash line
   o Cobblestone and rubble alleys 
   o Rest area with barbeque 
   
   • Other:
   o No Internet connections. Artists can use a prepaid mobile phone for  
      being connected with the hosts 
   o There are several shops for foodstuffs, bakery, dairy products  
      etc. very close to the retreat

   o  Guests can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and eggs from local people
   o There is a pharmacy and medical service available in the village
   o  Artists are responsible for any damages caused by them in the retreat
